The Terraso Solution “advanced roof technology” provides a 3½” to 5” air gap between the top of the roof and the tiles.  This air gap creates an additional layer of insulation for the roof of the home.  The lattice layout of 2x2 strips also provides the roof with less surface area for heat transfer between the tiles and the top of the roof.  This patent-pending technology increases the effectiveness of heating and cooling the home by about 20%.  In addition, lower roof temperatures increase the lifespan of tile rooftop materials by an estimated 10 years.
