Terraso Solution Certification Requirements

A licensed Terraso Solution home builder must adhere to guidelines in order for the completed home to be certified as a “Terraso Solution” home.  A certified Terraso Solution home requires the following technologies to be properly installed or incorporated into the home:

Core Technologies

• Terraso Solution Double Staggered Wall
• Terraso Solution Advanced Roof Technology
• Terraso Solution Open Cell Foam Insulation

Basic Technologies

• Low-E Tinted Windows
• Energy-Efficient Appliances
• Energy-Efficient Lighting
• Energy-Efficient Heating and Cooling Systems

Terraso Solution Certification Plaque

Each certified Terraso Solution home will be issued a plaque with a serial number to be permanently affixed to the home.  This will show Terraso Solution authenticity to help in the resale value of your home.
