Terraso, Inc. provides free custom energy reports for homeowners who are interested in seeing what the Terraso Solution technology can do for them.  The report includes:

• Technology cost per home – Using your floor plans, we calculate an estimated cost of adding the Terraso Solution technology to your home.
• Energy cost and savings by home – Terraso Solution also provides a custom report on the estimated energy savings for your new home.  We show a comparison to a typical home so you can see the advantage of the Terraso Solution technology.
• Net cost to the homebuyer – This part of the report shows the homebuyer an estimate on how much they will be saving on their monthly expenses, after all factors have been taken into account.

For an energy-efficient home, calculating an estimate for dollar savings will vary on a number of factors including:

• Mortgage interest rates
• Local material and builder costs
• Local climate factors
• Layout and design of the home
• Local utility rates

Some of these figures are based on best estimates and report results should not be interpreted as an exact figure of cost or savings.  Actual cost and savings will vary.

• The city and State you are building the house
• Your estimated mortgage interest rate
• Copy of the house floor plan
  • Single story or multi story
  • Home square footage per floor
  • Linear exterior wall footage per floor
  • Number and size of windows
  • Ceiling height
