Steve Leathers – President / CEO

Steve has 44 years of entrepreneurial experience.  Over this time period, he has expanded his resume to include ownership of multiple companies. While Steve’s background is varied, his real expertise is in the construction industry; at one time he was the largest custom home builder in Arizona.  His personally owned companies have built shopping centers, office complexes, multi-family housing, subdivisions and thousands of custom homes.

Dave Mitwede –VP of Construction

Over a time span of 30 years in the construction industry, Dave has worked for both large and small home developers. Dave’s project management experience and organizational abilities enabled him to successfully oversee the simultaneous completion of multiple housing subdivisions in various stages of construction.  In addition, Dave has owned, operated and sold two very successful and profitable businesses.

Jan Prieb – VP of Educational Services

Jan has spent 20 years in a private industry honing her skills in areas involving management, customer relations and corporate training.  In recent years Jan has added to her list of accomplishments by bringing opportunities to fruition through investor recruitment.  Jan was a driving force in bringing the primary partners together for the creation of the Terraso Solution.

Jim Enriquez – VP of Sales

Jim had a successful and active thirty-five year sales career within the pharmaceutical division of a major U.S. based corporation.  Twenty-seven of those years were spent in sales management positions with various levels of responsibility.  His career included five relocations, management positions at corporate headquarters, and responsibilities for sales representatives and managers throughout all fifty States.

Steve Peterson – VP of Engineering

Steve has worked in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency throughout his 25 year career.  This was also his emphasis of study at UC Berkeley where he earned his degree, Mechanical Engineering in 1983.  He received his professional engineering license in 1992, and more recently became a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional..  In addition, Steve has also worked with municipalities and industry locally and overseas to develop energy efficient solutions. 

Alan Annis – VP of Marketing

Alan has launched over two dozen new products and services with several different companies over the past 16 years.  He has been a successful business owner with three different companies since 1993, and grew one of the organizations to be the largest of its kind in the U.S.  He is experienced in marketing and media, and has written and published seven books.
