Terraso Solution Science

Numerous scientific studies have been performed on the Terraso Solution technology starting with engineering and mathematical calculations of the wall and roof structures.  Consequent improvements and redesigns have created what is believed to be the most effective and efficient building technology for mass production of highly energy-efficient homes at affordable cost to homeowners.

In late 2008 a proof-of-concept home was constructed in Phoenix, Arizona allowing Terraso Solution to move from the conceptual stage to a real home supporting our design features.  Local energy experts have toured and studied the concept home, including representatives from the local utility company (Salt River Project) and inspectors from an independent energy consultant/efficiency rating company.

The independent test results have proven the Terraso Solution concept home is one of the most energy efficient homes in the Phoenix metro area.  Judd Jensen of Energy Inspectors, Inc. stated that the Terraso Solution concept home was the most energy efficient home he has seen in all of the years he has been performing energy tests.

Salt River Project personnel will need to create a new rating for the Terraso Solution home since it drastically exceeds the current Energy Star rating standards.  The Terraso Solution technology has been proven scientifically to create one of the most energy efficient, yet affordable, homes on the market today.
